We have had to introduce a fair use cancellation policy.
All bookings include a non refundable component. Please carefully review the following criteria and exceptions.
At the time of your booking you will be asked for full payment in advance to secure your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment or need to reschedule we will apply our cancellation policy:
Cancellation or rescheduling with more than 7 days from time of appointment:
If you wish to cancel or transfer your booking then a £25 administration charge will be levelled with the balance refunded.
Cancellation or rescheduling between 3-7days from time of appointment:
If you wish to cancel or transfer your booking then a £50 administration charge will be levelled with the balance refunded for face to face appointments and £30 for virtual consultations.
Cancellation or rescheduling between 24-72 hours notice from time of appointment:
If you wish to cancel or transfer your booking then a £75 administration charge will be levelled with the balance refunded for face to face appointments and £35 for virtual consultations.
Cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours from time of appointment:
100% non refundable with no option to use against a future booking.
