Very reassuring, kind, empathetic, good service. The doctor even opened the door for me as it was windy, saw me early, and fixed my issue there and then. It was very reasonably priced. I imagine if the prognosis was worse, they would take the time and care required.
We also receive informal feedback on a daily basis. As a result of this in 2023 we negotiated a new laboratory contract with courier collection and we now have a wider range of available testing. We can offer very speedy STI testing with most reports available in 24-36 hours.
